Terms and Conditions.

Introduction:

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern Warrington Wolves Matchday Predictor ("Competition") organised by Warrington Wolves and its partner, Hunch ("Organisers"). By participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility:

The Competition is open to all individuals who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and created an active account on the Hunch platform. Employees of the Organisers, their affiliates, and their immediate family members are eligible to participate in the Competition. If the match kicks off at 8.00 pm, then your predictions must be submitted by 7.59pm.

Competition Period:

The Competition will run weekly and begin on 10th Feburary 2025 for the duration of the season. This includes all Super League, Challenge Cup and play-off games and will run until the conclusion of Warrington Wolves’ participation in these competitions.

Prizes:

The winner each week will get two tickets to the next home match only, in the stand of their choice. These are general admission tickets only and cannot be exchanged or upgraded. Participants must have a verified email on the Hunch platform.

Winner Selection:

Each week, the winner will be selected based on the best score recorded that week. In the event of a tie, the tie-breaker (time of the first try scorer) will be used to deem the winner. If a tie still remains after the use of the tie-breaker, then the winner will be determined based on a random draw. Players can view their scores and overall position on the leaderboard tab in the game.

Announcement of Winner:

The winners will be announced the following week of the Competition and will be notified via the email associated with sign up.

Claiming the Prize:

The winners must claim the prize within seven days of the announcement of the winners. If the winners do not claim the prize within the specified time frame, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. The prize winner's email must be verified through Hunch in order to claim their prize.

Limitation of Liability:

The Organisers shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Competition or the prize, including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, Warrington Wolves.

Modification of Terms:

The Organisers reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. If there are changes, these will be communicated to the email associated with sign up. 

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom. By participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
