Terms and Conditions

Introduction:

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern The SPORTS PUNDIT FOOTBALL PREDICTOR ("Competition") organised by Pundit Media Group and its partner, Hunch ("Organisers"). By participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility:

The Competition is open to all individuals who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and have signed up to The Sports Pundit and created an active account. Employees of the Organisers, their affiliates, and their immediate family members are eligible to participate in the Competition.

Competition Period:

The Competition will begin on 14th June 2024 and end on 14th July 2024.

Modification of Terms:

The Organisers reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. If there are changes, these will be communicated to the email associated with sign-up.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom. By participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
